Our onsite field service engineers carry a complete workshop enabling them to fully service and calibrate all makes, models and volume ranges of micro-pipettes. We use only Sartorius micro and semi-micro balances, that are checked with ASTM 1 weights before they are used to calibrate your pipettes. We can provide the level of service that you need, from GLP to full GMP documentation services. Our documented calibration service uses a computer controlled procedure that monitors real time temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure to guarantee the highest levels of accuracy possible. All pipette information, calibration conditions, and balance readings are captured and directly stored in a computerized database ensuring information validity and allowing for historical analysis.
